Gay Bowl XXII - Hawaii 2022

In September 2020, the National Gay Flag Football League (NGFFL) announced Honolulu, Hawaii and the Hawaii Gay Flag Football League (HIGFFL) would be host of the Gay Bowl XXII in 2022.

After winning the bid for 2020 and having the tournament canceled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we were thrilled and our planning picked up where it had left off.

The competition will take place in Kapiolani Park from October 6 – 9. The tournament will include 3 or 4 open (all gender) divisions and 2 female identified-only divisions. We are also planning social events that showcase Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu, and the state of Hawaii.
