GBXXII Playing Fields
From the front door of the host hotel, take a left and head toward Diamond Head. Two blocks away, just beyond the Honolulu Zoo, players, refs, and fans will discover Kapiolani Park.
It’s a sprawling 160 acre open space that includes picnic areas around the park perimeter, a duck pond, and a bandstand.
We’re planning for local entertainment and food stalls and cultural activities in tents around the bandstand.
When you want to cool off, take a trip across the street and dip your toes into the waters of Queen’s Beach, a section of Waikiki Beach that borders the Honolulu Aquarium.
Funding for Gay Bowl XXII has been provided via a grant by Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) through the Community Enrichment Program (CEP). For more info about HTA and CEP, click here.
